How many calories are in each energy ball?

Each recipe has a calorie breakdown on the recipe card inside the kit. This is also show on the website, at the time of purchase, as an image.

I'm counting my macros, how much fat, protein and carbs are in each energy ball?

Full details about the calories, protein and fat per recipe kit and per ball are on the recipe card inside the kit. This is also show on the website, at the time of purchase, as an image. Naturally it also depends if you have been able to make 30 balls per recipe kit, and if they are all the similar size. 

Can i choose the energy ball recipe flavour?

At this moment, the recipe is set to change once a month and there’s only one flavour each time. As time progresses and the business builds, it’s our intention to grow the options available to customers to choose their own.

Can i have the recipe kits delivered fortnightly?

Yes that’s easy, log in to your account (top right) and set up a second subscription for the month.

Can i buy a bulk order of recipe kits for a children's party?

Yes, please get in contact with us and let us know what you’d like. There are discounts available for 6 boxes and above.

Which has been the best recipe so far?

This was a question from a very lovely Blogger (@MamaHomeLife) and Vic replied that her favourite energy ball recipe so far has got to be the Christmas 2018 one. It was her first Christmas as a Vegan and it meant that she could have the taste of a mince pie without the buttery pastry and the added sugar. Plus, the name ‘Christmas Ball-Balls’ makes her chuckle! 🙂 

How long does delivery take?

Please allow up to 4 working days for an order to reach a UK address, and up to 7 working days for it to reach an EU address. If this time has lapsed, please contact us.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, please contact us and we’ll pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months.

Please ensure that the email address you use when contacting us is the one you have subscribed with.

Are your products gluten free?

Technically they are, but we can’t legally describe them as ‘Gluten Free.’

For us to say that, an external company needs to come to our unit and test the product to sign off that it is gluten free (that hasn’t happened yet.)

What we can tell you is that we don’t add any gluten containing products into our Energy Ball Recipe Kits. Therefore, if you are a Coeliac with a very bad wheat/gluten allergy, our products are not for you.
